Expert Vetted is not a membership you buy — it's a status you prove. It's the ecosystem's highest quality signal, reserved for practitioners who have the results and the ability to teach systems that produce them.
A badge that means something because it's genuinely hard to earn.
Most "expert" labels are self-assigned. Expert Vetted is different — every holder is approved by TopRatedClub after a strict vetting process that confirms two things: real, verifiable results, and the demonstrated ability to teach systems that produce those results.
Experts never pay. Entry is free. But the bar is real, and the ecosystem's value depends on keeping it that way.
- You have verified, documented results in freelancing or remote work

What we look for in every Expert Vetted application.
Hard requirements
- Verified proof of results Screenshots of Upwork earnings, JSS score, client testimonials, remote job offer letters, or income statements. Documented, not self-declared.
- Demonstrated ability to teach A sample contribution — a written system, a recorded walkthrough, or a previous workshop — that shows you can teach methods, not just describe your personal story.
- Active practice You must currently be earning — not someone who "used to freelance." The ecosystem is for active practitioners.
How entry works
- Application Submit the form below. Include your proof of results and a sample contribution.
- Review (5–10 business days) The TopRatedClub team reviews every application manually. We may schedule a short call to verify details.
- Approval and onboarding Approved Experts receive their badge, ecosystem access, and a brief on how contributions are structured.
- Invitation Exceptionally qualified practitioners may be invited directly — you can also apply proactively.

Structured earning pathways
Create frameworks and systems members can execute: remote job acquisition playbooks, freelance positioning frameworks, client acquisition systems. Contributions are scheduled and structured with the team.
Optional Upskill Programs
Design and deliver 7–14 day cohort-based intensives focused on specific outcomes — execution-focused, where members produce real outputs. Promoted to all tiers when directly relevant.
Monthly masterclasses
Contribute as a speaker and facilitator to monthly sessions for the wider membership — share case studies, real-world breakdowns, and success pattern analyses in your area of expertise.

No upfront payments. Expert earnings are performance-based — tied to the results your programs produce and the value you deliver to the membership.
Revenue share model
- 60–70% to the Expert On all Upskill Programme revenue from programs you design and deliver. 30–40% stays with TopRatedClub for distribution and platform.
- Performance collaboration payouts Additional earnings from ecosystem initiatives you contribute to beyond your own Upskill Programs.
- Payment via Selar Expert receives payout after TopRatedClub deducts the platform fee. Transparent, documented, and paid promptly.

The ecosystem's value depends on trust. These rules protect every member — including you.
- No uncontrolled selling inside the community All promotion of products, services, or external offers must be structured and approved by TopRatedClub first. Unsanctioned promotion — no matter how small — is a violation.
- No spam or marketplace behaviour The community is not a bulletin board. Experts are contributors, not vendors. Your badge reflects this distinction.
- All contributions must be structured, scheduled, and approved This includes Upskill Programs, masterclass appearances, content drops, and any ecosystem initiatives. Nothing goes out without a brief and approval.
- Violation results in immediate removal with no appeal The badge is revoked and access is removed. This is not negotiable — it protects the standards every other Expert has earned.
